Sowmya is a learning and change management professional with extensive knowledge in facilitating, designing, and deploying learning and change programs for global organizations. She has developed learning strategies for large-scale change programs and has experience coaching senior leaders. Her industry experience includes health care, mining, financial services, life sciences, and the public sector. Sowmya has an executive certificate in learning and organization change from Northwestern University in addition to a bachelor of engineering degree from Bangalore University and a master’s degree from Texas A&M University.
John has worked with hundreds of Fortune 500 corporate clients worldwide as well as with leading business schools. His 30+ year experience of designing, customizing and delivering The Regis Company’s 200+ simulations has provided John and TRC with a broad range of knowledge in the areas of leadership, strategy, organizational behavior, engaging others, customer intimacy and financial, business & industry acumen.
Dan has served as Vice President of Business Development for The Regis Company for the last 8 years. He originates and fosters relationships with Fortune 500 executives to pinpoint effective simulation and immersive strategies that solve their most critical strategic, operational, and talent management challenges.
