Work Better, Live Better

We unite diverse problem solvers from all walks of life under a common goal: to teach people how to think, not what to think. We support our teams to create the best training and professional development solutions in the industry and are proud to offer the following competitive perks and benefits:

We’ve Got You Covered

Our competitive compensation and benefits package includes premium medical, dental, and vision coverage. We’re also serious about our growth and sharing in The Regis Company’s successes. Many roles are profit-share eligible and all employees are matched up to 3% of a team member’s contributions to our IRA.

A Place You Want to Be

At the office, there is a wide assortment of healthy snacks, occasional catered lunches, and an endless supply of LaCroix.  We also believe quality time outside the office is vital to our employees’ satisfaction at work. Our flexible PTO plan encourages team members to take time off so they can come back refreshed.

Stay in the Loop

We’re dedicated to ensuring all employees have the information they need to excel in their job. Our monthly all-hands strategy meeting, spotlight emails, and office hours are just a few of the ways we connect our offices together and share key aspects of the business across the entire organization.

Work Hard, Play Hard

Being part of a talented and amazing team can transcend the office, and we make up some good excuses to have fun together. During the summer, we host family-friendly events and activities, our themed holiday parties challenge everyone to bring their A+ game (and possibly create spontaneous snow angels), and our community service projects bring all the good feels.
