Elizabeth has more than 20 years of experience in the field of organizational development. Earlier in her career, she was a top sales executive at Strategic Management Group, where she developed business in support of organizational change initiatives within companies such as AMD, Boeing, Chevron, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Nestle, Sun Microsystems, and Visa Corporation.

Lee has partnered with senior-level executives to improve performance in many of the world’s leading companies such as Cisco Systems, Genentech, Merck, Nike, Saudi Aramco, and Toyota Motor Corporation. Through his economics and finance background, Lee has designed, developed, and delivered more than 60 simulations and executive development programs, often focusing on business acumen and strategy.
