As a Senior Director, Colter serves as executive sponsor for a portfolio of programs, including leading solution visioning, design, and development efforts. Colter partners with project teams and clients in addressing critical business challenges across both human and business dynamics. With nearly 15 years of experience in leadership development and management consulting, he has worked in a range of sectors including health sciences, education, consumer goods, financial, and professional services. Since joining The Regis Company in 2014, Colter has led numerous initiatives focused on change management, process improvement, strategic planning, and program management methodologies. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Sport Management from West Virginia University.
