Some of her achievements include growing a bootstrapped startup from 4 employees to 55 and increasing revenue from $0 to over $6M in five years, launching the franchise business at Gap Corp, and spearheading a multi- million-dollar controversial initiative mandated by Colorado that changed the way educators are evaluated at Denver Public Schools. She has partnered with Goldman Sachs, Gap Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chanel, Ulta, and Denver Public Schools to influence strategy and successfully deliver mission-critical initiatives. She is driven by entrepreneur culture, customer satisfaction, measurable results, and organizational impact. When Joanne is not working, she loves spending time with her three boys, two dogs, and husband in Denver, Colorado, while skiing, hiking, gardening, and playing tennis.
