In this course, participants identify their growth goals and aspirations and learn how their communication styles, behavior, and personal biases hinder or help them to move forward. Through introspection and immersive activities, participants gain a better understanding of their goals and leave with an action plan on how to grow as a leader, achieve their goals, and positively impact the organization.

In this course, participants will:

  • Gain insights regarding their day-to-day actions and the downstream effects of their relationships and influence 
  • Identify priorities and goals to create capacity to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and meet client and customer expectations
  • Determine where a deeper network of support is needed to strengthen specific relationships and reach their goals
