As CEO, Mike drives the vision and growth of our company. Since co-founding The Regis Company in 2003, we’ve become a globally recognized leader in simulation design, winning virtually every top award and honor in the industry and serving Fortune 500 companies worldwide.

Mike champions our mission to make simulations affordable and scalable for all organizations and envisions a future where simulation-based learning is available in schools worldwide.

Mike holds a Master’s Degree in cognitive neuroscience from Middlesex University, London, and has bachelor’s degrees in neuroscience, cognitive science, and computer science. He’s also a TEDx speaker and the author of the End of Training and The Thinking Effect.

Chief Operations Officer


Kevin expertly aligns the integration between our solutions, services, and customer care focused on delivering exceptional results for Fortune 500 learning leaders and the people they serve.

Kevin has 20+ years of experience spearheading transformative experiential learning solutions at some of the world’s largest companies, championing client success through human-centered design, and collaborating with our talented team to create our award winning innovate simulation platform .

Kevin holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Entrepreneurship, both from Northern Illinois University.

Chief Technology Officer


Joel is responsible for driving the product roadmap for our award-winning simulation platform. With over 20 years of experience, Joel champions designing and developing leading-edge learning and development solutions for Fortune 500 clients around the world.

A systems-oriented executive leader with 20+ years of experience, Joel has a deep understanding of the challenges learning leaders face and is adept at designing learning solutions that are both aligned with client strategy and mission to deliver maximum return on investment.

Joel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree and Ph.D. in Human Resources Development, focusing on organizational performance and change management. He is also a certified executive coach.

Kendrick has 20+ years of experience delivering innovative and effective learning technologies to drive meaningful personal development, organizational change, and growth.

He works with clients to align strategy and learning solutions, creating powerful learning experiences that develop personal leadership skills, address real business challenges, and inspire meaningful changes across an organization.

Kendrick earned his MBA, focusing on Entrepreneurship, Strategy, and Marketing, at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Vermont.

Tamika Pumphrey

Tamika leads our team of exceptional learning designers. She has 20+ years of experience partnering with Fortune 500 clients on transformational change initiatives to design, develop, and deliver best-in-class learning programs

She’s committed to growing people so they can positively impact individuals, organizations, and communities. She believes a lasting behavior change is triggered best by self-generated insights and is passionate about experiential learning and coaching.

Tamika has a Master’s Degree in Learning and Organizational Change and a certificate in Organizational Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University. She also has a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder – Leeds School of Business.

Lance Christian Healy

With nearly two decades in the learning technologies industry, Lance is an expert in developing successful sales and marketing strategies, creating new direct and channel revenue streams, building reseller and partnership networks globally, and helping clients solve complex problems with technology.

During his tenure in the learning space, Lance has worked with many Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies, SMBs, government and military agencies, non-for-profits, academic institutions, and HR technology providers across the globe.

Lance holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Florida Atlantic University with a minor in Spanish language and French + German languages as other primary courses of study.

Joni Wickline

Joni has 25+ years of experience partnering with organizations in maximizing their human potential. She has worked with some of the leading global companies to design and enhance learning solutions that boost employee engagement and performance.

Joni’s skills include managing people, processes, and systems, which she leverages to align with her clients’; strategic needs. She has taught “Leading Change” in a master’s program and has kept up with the latest developments in innovative learning solutions to ensure that her students (executive leaders) develop the mindset and acquire the skills to lead themselves and others through
organizational change.

Joni has two master’s degrees in organizational development and executive leadership, a coach certification, and several assessment certifications but she believes that “The best learning happens in the field with my colleagues, partners, and clients.”

Maggie Lowenberg

Maggie is an education and learning management professional with over 10+ years of professional experience. Beginning her career as a teacher with Teach for America – Colorado, Maggie taught elementary and middle school learners. She transitioned to the nonprofit sector, where she developed and oversaw a career readiness and experiential learning program for middle, high, and post-secondary school students. Prior to The Regis Company, Maggie worked in the edTech space supporting Fortune 500 companies with implementing and deploying education benefit programs for their workforce. 

Committed to enhancing skills of the global workforce using innovative and agile practices, Maggie is excited to support company leaders with onboarding The Regis Company platform services.

Maggie holds a Master’s Degree in Education and Learning Development from the University of Colorado – Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from the University of Colorado – Boulder.
