Developing leaders has an impact on culture and productivity by focusing on building and fostering high-performing teams. In this course, participants identify their growth goals and aspirations and learn how their communication styles, behavior, and personal biases hinder or help them to move forward. Through introspection and immersive activities, participants gain a better understanding of their goals and leave with an action plan on how to grow as a leader, achieve their goals, and positively impact the organization.
